Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the content and behavior standards that apply to You and your Users.
- You must not:
- use the Offerings to access, store, distribute or transmit any malicious code, files, scripts, agents or programs intended to do harm, including for example, viruses, worms, time bombs and Trojan horses;
- gain, or attempt to gain, unauthorized access to the Offerings , any server on which the Offerings are hosted or any server, computer or database connected to the Offerings;
- attack or do anything that could disable or impair the Offerings; or
- use the Offerings in a manner that breaches any applicable law or regulation.
- You must not use the Offerings to access, store, distribute or transmit any material that:
- is unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, infringing, harassing or racially or ethnically offensive;
- facilitates illegal activity;
- promotes unlawful violence;
- infringes intellectual property or confidentiality rights or results in a privacy violation;
- is discriminatory based on race, gender, colour, religious belief, sexual orientation, disability, age; or
- is otherwise illegal or causes damage or injury to any person or property.
We reserve the right, without liability or prejudice to our other rights, to disable access to any material that breaches the provisions of this paragraph.
- You shall not:
- except to the extent expressly permitted under a written agreement with us, attempt to extract, copy, modify, duplicate, create derivative works from, frame, mirror, republish, download, display, transmit, or distribute all or any portion of the Offerings in any form or media or by any means;
- except to the extent expressly permitted under a written agreement with us, attempt to extract or download or reutilize a qualitatively or quantitatively substantial part of the data, information or content made available through the Offerings and, if so permitted, only use such substantial part or element as a contribution to and within the results of research and not further circulate or distribute such substantial part;
- attempt to reverse compile, disassemble, reverse engineer or otherwise reduce to human-perceivable form all or any part of the Offerings, except as may be allowed by any applicable law which is incapable of exclusion by agreement between the parties and before undertaking any activity allowed by applicable law to obtain the information necessary to create an independent program which can be operated with the Offerings, you shall contact us to request the relevant interoperability information (which we may provide subject to further conditions) and then only use such information for the purpose of achieving the desired interoperability and not, in any event, to create a program which is substantially similar to the Offerings;
- access all or any part of the Offerings in order to build a competing services or service;
- use the Offerings to provide services to third parties, except as specifically provided in a written agreement with us;
- sell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, distribute, display, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit, or otherwise make the Offerings available to any third party;
- use the Offerings to access our or any third party’s intellectual property rights except as permitted under the Agreement or applicable third party software licence terms;
- provide access to the Offerings to a competitor of ours; or
- access the Offerings for the purposes of monitoring availability, performance or functionality or any other benchmarking or testing.
