Customer time commitment:
- 1 hour call.
- Review and approval of final draft.
Overview:
- A member of the edison365 Marketing team will reach out and arrange a call to understand more about your organization.
- Example questions:

- Why were you in need of a new innovation/business case/project management solution.
- What business challenges were you facing.
- Why did you choose edison365.

- They will also ask questions to understand short-term and long-term goals, how you will be measuring the success of the tool and any impact since launching the solution.
- After this call, an implementation story will be written up by edison365.
- This will be sent back to your organization for review and final approval.
- The completed implementation story will appear on edison365's website and shared across various social media channels.

2. Success story - Short Customer Video
Customer time commitment:
- Video recording up to 1 hour.
- 20-minute briefing call prior to the filming.
- Review and approval of written success story.
Overview:
- edison365 Marketing will reach out to confirm a convenient date and time to organize the video recording with a key contact/s from your organization.
- The recording will build on the questions asked during the initial implementation discussion. It will also focus on current results and outcomes from using the tool/s. These questions will be provided in advance.
- A cameraman will be sent to the customers location to film.
- The video will be used as marketing collateral for prospects, appearing on the edison365 website and shared across social media channels.
- A written success story will be created as a result of this video. This will be sent to the customer for review and final approval.
