      🆕 Guest User Access

      In this house, Guests are treated with respect 🙇

      Overview 📄

      Guest Access allows people from other Microsoft tenants to be affiliated with yours while retaining their license. Since our application requires a Microsoft account for access, this allows a guest user to login with their normal SSO and affiliated tenants don't need to spend extra on licenses. 

      Prerequisites ✅

      • Microsoft Tenant that allows Guest Users
      • Guest User has accepted their invitation and is visible in the Entra admin center
      • Guest User has a license assigned to them in app

      Steps 📎

      Follow along with these steps to get in as a guest user. If you don't see the same screens when you're trying to login, please reach out to Support and mention you're a guest user.

      1. Avoid the urge to sign in normally! Click Sign-in options just below the regular sign in window.

      2. Choose Sign in to an organisation.

      3. Type the domain of the organisation you'd like to sign into and click Next. For example if I'm a guest user for the edison365 tenant I would type in:

      4. Enter your password and click Sign in.
