This session will set the scene for all future implementation meetings!

It will provide you with a clear framework and high-level delivery plan. We will begin to gather information and highlight key dependencies.

Requirements

To keep things moving throughout Implementation, we recommend weekly recurring sessions. Please scour your team diaries and suggest some slots! Which day suits your schedule best? Which time works best for you?

Once you've confirmed everyone's availability, come along with open eyes and ears!

People

We want to meet anyone related to this project! Your key sponsors, stakeholders, project managers, platform managers, and core users.

Planning

This session will last one hour, and neither installation, access nor configuration is required.

Outcomes

We will have become acquainted with one another, ready to progress and succeed! We will also have agreed upon a delivery plan and project deliverables, as well as an overview of recommended launch and adoption strategies.
