Managing Licenses

Make sure you're licensed!

Assigning Licenses

  1. From the Licenses administration page.
  2. Click Add Users on the right.
  3. In the side panel that opens, select the people picker field.
  4. Type the names of the users you want to add.
  5. Choose the license you would like to assign to your selected users using the drop-down menu below.
  6. Click Confirm to assign the licenses.

 


Editing Licenses

  1. From the Licenses administration page.
  2. Navigate the table to find the user whose license you would like to edit.
  3. Under the "Licenses" column, use the drop-down menu to change the license that user has.

 


Removing Licenses

  1. From the Licenses administration page.
  2. Navigate the table to find the user whose license you would like to remove.
  3. Under the "Remove" column, click the trash can icon to remove the license that user has.
