Navigating the Help Center

We're gonna get a little meta here 🤓💭

What's the Help Center?

It's where you are right now! 📍

This is where all our documentation lives and gets updated for you (and other users I guess). We update the Help Center almost daily, so check back for new and improved content.

All of our forms also live here to get in contact with the Support team, so you can speak to a real life human being! 👋🤓

How is it organized?

Here's the idea: everything has a place of its own! The Help Center is divided into different tiles that help you decide which documentation to explore. Looking for gentle intro guidance (first three tiles) or are you ready to dive into specific functionality? Browse the tiles and pick one you think will fit what you're looking for, or throw your question directly in the search bar!

  • Gentle Guidance for Beginners

    • Our Capabilities
    • edison365 Teams
    • The Boring Stuff ™️

What's in a Tile?

Within a tile there's a list of articles organized under headers to guide you further. Some sections have different partitioning but for Capabilities these are standard:

  • User Guides 📖
    • User guides are you the technical description of the functionality.
    • You'll love these if you like to get straight to the point.
  • How To 🤔
    • These articles present a problem to solve with their title.
    • They range from quick and easy to more in-depth, so check out the badges in the top right to see what you're getting into!
  • Troubleshooting 🛠️
    • Reach Out to Support
    • Common Problems

Tips & Tricks

New articles have a 🆕 label. These have been added to the HC in the last two weeks or so.

Articles with a *️⃣ have had a big update to them, so check out what's changed if you've read it before.

Reach out to Support 💌

The other reason the Help Center exists, besides documentation, is for you to get in touch with real people who can help you with your real problems! Check out the Support Desk tile:

Or you can do so at any time by clicking this button:
