Purpose

This session ensures that all technical pre-requisites are in place. This means we can start the installation with no fuss - saving time and allowing you to start your journey the right way!

Requirements

First, you will schedule a meeting with edison365 Support. Then, assemble the correct IT team members. In the meeting, we'll take you through the technical pre-requisites.

Do you need to trigger internal processes to free up people or resources? If the answer is yes, now is the time to get started!

People

Key IT resources must be present, with one nominated person as a single point of contact for all things techy. 

We will need at least one administrator with the ability to modify company infrastructure.

Planning

This session will last one hour, and neither installation, access nor configuration is required.

Outcomes

The result of this meeting will be a full understanding of the technical steps of installation, alongside an agreed timeline and schedule for the next meeting; Deployment.
