Introduction
Actions are shared and unique for each Record Type. In this article we will cover all actions for Projects. All actions can be found within the Action Menu within the record header and card.
Associated Records
Associated records allow you to view Projects that have been associated from a Business Case.
When selected a flyout will appear from the right. Here you can view all associated records in the table.
Each associated Project will have the following information displayed:
- Name
- Type
- Stage
- This will display the current stage of the associated records.
- Associated in Stage
- This is a snapshot of the Business Case stage when the record was associated.
- Associated Date
- The date the associated Project was created.
- Associated By
- The user who created the associated Project.
Stage Review
Stage Review is how a record can move from one stage to another with different interactions depending on your role.
*dependant if option is enabled in workflow configuration.
Review Changes
Only available if Auto-approve team member updates is disabled within record properties.
This action will appear for Owners within the record action menu when there are changes for table items that are awaiting review.
When selected a flyout will open and the first (oldest) change will be presented for review.
The Owner can either:
- Approve - the change will be adopted.
- Reject - the change will be rejected.
- Skip - the change will be skipped until next review.
The user who submitted the change will be notified with the verdict.
If multiple changes are made to the same cell, they will be presented for review in a first-come-first-serve basis. The latest approved change will always be adopted.
