If you decide to terminate your contract with us, rest assured that we have measures in place to ensure that you can easily access and retrieve your valuable data. We understand the importance of your information and strive to provide a seamless transition for you.

By retaining your data for 30 days from the end date of the agreement, we give you ample time to review and retrieve any crucial information before it is permanently deleted.

Early Deletion

However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to delete the database earlier than the specified timeframe. In such cases, you can simply request the deletion when terminating the subscription agreement. 

This flexibility puts you in control and allows you to align the deletion of the database with your specific requirements.
