So you got a Notification...

Well aren't you a lucky devil 😈 - you have received an edison365 notification... but, what could it be for? We are guessing the answer lies below 👇

These are all the scenarios in-app that will trigger a notification. You may have been notified by edison365 and you now need to figure out what needs doing? Look through the different events below and we can help you though next steps (HINT click on the links)
  • You are a Process Manager for a specific template in the app and someone has naughtily created a new record? Quick, go take a look.

Not you? Let's try;

  • Someone has deleted a record 🫢. You are either the Owner and/or Process Manager of said record (and you weren't the one that did the deleting) Take note and take action.
Still a no?
  • Things are heating up🔥 and a Record has been moved to a new stage. You are not the one that changed the stage, right? So you must either be one of the Owners or Process Managers? Surely?

No? Fine...

  • You have been made a Reviewer and a Record has been sent your way

Not you?

  • You must be someone that has been assigned a role such as a Process Manager, Owner, Reader, Reviewer or Editor on a very special Record.
Maybe this is it...
  • You've been assigned a Task on a Schedule table OR maybe you have been assigned against an Item in a List or Periodic table?
We are running out of options...
  • You are the Owner of a Table Item and some pesky person has updated it? Could this be why you were notified?
Or....
  • You are the Owner of a Record and someone has completed a Task or Item telling you their job is done?

Maybe you just weren't any of these people? Or maybe get in touch with our support team for more info.

Serious Talk: For each of these scenarios you may have Some work to do. We have provided links throughout that will help you in getting the job done.
