      Stage Change

      Let's keep that Project movin' movin' 💃🕺.

      Stage Change is how a record can move from one stage to another.  

      Stage Change is only available to Process Managers, Owners and Admins. 

      Move a Project to the next step in the Workflow.

      Steps:

      1. Select more_horiz_24dp_FILL0_wght400_GRAD0_opsz24 actions menu.
      2. Click Stage Change.
      3. Click Progress to Next Stage.

       

      Move a Project to any step in the Workflow

      This function is for Process Managers only.  'Allow Manual Stage Changes' must be enabled within workflow settings.

      Steps

      1. Select more_horiz_24dp_FILL0_wght400_GRAD0_opsz24 actions menu.
      2. Click Stage Change.
      3. Click Tab Manual Stage Review.
      4. Select the stage you would like to change to within dropdown option Change Stage To.  Alternatively you can select the desired stage on the interactive graphic.
      5. Click Update.
