Create a View
- From the Table configuration, go to View Settings.
- Click Create in the top right corner of the modal.
- Enter a name for your view, along with additional configuration.
- Click Save.
You can create multiple views for one table!
Additional Configuration
There are some optional extras when it comes to creating views. We'll run through them here so you can customise it to your liking!
Type
There are multiple types of view available, each suitable for different purposes. Not all views are available for every table type.

Board View
This is a flexible Kanban web component that helps you visualize and manage your work.
GANTT View
This is a super fast and fully customizable Gantt chart suite.
Histogram View
A professional scheduling component which helps you see graphically the availability of your resources.
Utilisation View
A professional scheduling component which helps you see the availability of your resources.
Scheduler
This view helps you see task assigned to each resource.
Grid
This is a basic table view with columns and rows.
Editing a View
After you've created a view, you can edit it to change its name, description, or any other configuration options.
Changes to views can be made at any time. The changes will affect your records and saved changes take effect immediately.
A view's internal name cannot be updated once created. This value will have no impact on your users. It is only used by those using APIs.
To edit a View, follow these steps:
- From the Table configuration, go to View Settings.
- Select the row (checkbox on the left) of the view you wish to edit.
- Click Edit in the top right corner of the table.
- Modify the configuration.
- Click Save.
You can only edit one view at a time.
Deleting a View
Deleting a view will remove the view system-wide where the table is in use.
You can delete a single view or multiple views at the same time by selecting multiple rows.
If you delete all views, the default view (as it stands in the table configuration) will be displayed to users.
To delete a View, follow these steps:
