Why does my bookmark not work?

Our app URLs are tied to your SharePoint authentication, so if you get logged out of your instance the bookmark will no longer work. In order to avoid this, please bookmark your SharePoint host URL ({yourTenant}.sharepoint.com/sites/{host site}).

Hit the back to SharePoint link to find the host site (highlighted in green) not the URL at the top (highlighted in red):
