Everything you need to get to the finish line on time 🏁

Each Schedule table is equipped with its own dedicated toolbar, designed to assist you in modifying a range of useful settings. Explore them in detail below!

The Schedule Table Toolbar

Views 🪟

If you've got a suggestion for them be sure to let them know! Views control which columns show on the table in which order. There's no limit to the number of views you can have, so go ahead and experiment!

Tip: Views are defined by admins. If you need inspiration or help creating views reach out to support! For more details check out View Settings.

Notice how the Lite view has far fewer columns than Details. The Scheduling Mode view focuses on resource management columns.

Zoom In / Out 🔍

This affects the Gantt chart portion of the table. Notice the first timeline across the top spans a few quarters. Zooming in allows you to focus on just a few days in December.

Fit to Width ⬅️➡️

This affects the Gantt chart portion of the table. It will zoom out the Gantt chart to show you the vertical Project Start and End lines.

Fullscreen 🖥️

Block out distractions by making the table fullscreen. Extra screen real estate can be nice for rearranging tasks or seeing as many columns as possible without scrolling.

Calendar 📆

Choose the calendar for the table and the direction of scheduling. If you choose Forward the End Date will be greyed out, because it is determined by the input of the table.

If you choose Backwards the Start Date is greyed out because it's determined by the input. This can be helpful for event or just-in-time planning.
