What are the Capabilities?

What are the Technical Differences?
- With the new app, we host the data for you, so you don't have to bother about wrangling the IT team to create and maintain a database or install anything.
- In the old Ideas application you stored your own data in SharePoint. Your IT team might want you to fill out a new security review because of this change.
  - We are certified at the highest international standards for data management, so rest assured we will take care any questions you have about your data.
What are the Timelines?
- Some functionality is not yet included in the new app which your setup might depend on (like Gamification or Triage)
  - If these are important pieces of the puzzle for your organization, then it might be best to delay transition until the new app catches up all the way.
