Some Questions Before you Start

  1. What's a Record? This our way of saying whether a piece of information is an idea, challenge, business case or project. A Record can be any of these things- from the meatiest and most complex project to the tiniest, most powerful of ideas.
  2. What's a Template? You'll need to know this one too. Templates are pre-defined blueprints for your Records, set by your system Admin. This makes it super easy for you to create Records in a way that is quick and efficient. No waste, no mess πŸ‘

What do you need?

  1. Access to the app
  2. A FULL license- more on what this means here
  3. Be an Owner for the Template you wish to create a record from- more on this here
  4. To know the type of Record (idea, business case, project etc) you need to create and the Template you need to use.

Let's Go

These are the steps you need to take:

  1. Log into the app πŸͺ΅
  2. Look to the left- see a blue cross or create button? Good- click it πŸ™ˆ
  3. Choose your Record type  πŸ€”(you may have options, you may not... depends on your permissions) 
  4. Follow the wizardπŸ§™β€β™‚οΈ. This mystical being (feature🀷) will take you through every step needed.
  5. Once you have completed the steps then enjoy 🀩
